Meet the Team

Behind every Neom project is a team with hands-on construction experience and a shared commitment to doing the job well. We have over 20 years experience within the Public Sector, Private construction and Commercial Projects. We pride ourselves on being great with people, and this really leads to a stronger relationship which means better work, which works for our customers. Our core team are always available and present on site and we work closely with a number of specialists to support as and when we need them keeping costs down.

Isla McMinn

Operations Director

Isla oversees the day to day running of the business, coordinating operations and supporting projects from planning through to completion. She also manages client relationships and helps keep work running smoothly.

Finance Director

Emma oversees the company’s financial management, including budgeting, financial planning and project cost control. She helps ensure every project is supported by clear, careful financial oversight.

Lee Greenham

Site Manager & Coordinator

Lee manages on site coordination and oversees the wet trades, helping ensure work is organised, progressing to schedule and completed to a high standard.

Jordan Bailey

Site Manager & Carpentry Lead

Jordan manages site activity and leads on carpentry and timber work. With a strong understanding of construction, he helps bring the plans together and keeps the practical details on track.
